About

I am a enthusiastic researcher based in Fortaleza, Ceara, Brazil that works on the intersection between sustainability, cities and data analysis. My primary expertise relates to working with transportation, demographics and land-use data, with focus on urban accessibility calculation and public transport data analysis. Over time, I’ve expanded my scope to embrace a broader perspective on sustainability and the urban environment, like working with other fields such as waste, energy, and buildings, enjoying the opportunity to adopt a more comprehensive approach to cities challenges.

At the moment, my time is divided between my Research Manager role at C40 Cities and my PhD in Transportation Engineering at the Federal University of Ceará (UFC, Brazil). Previously I have worked as an assistant researcher at the The Institute for Applied Economic Research (Brazil) and have consulted for non-profits and the public sector.
